ROHM's LDO Regler setzen den Trend zur Verkleinerung bei höherer Energieeffizienz fort und sind für alle Arten von Netzteilen optimiert. Das breite Lineup beinhaltet Typen mit geringer Sättigung und fixem Ausgang in 1 A/2 A/0,3 A Werten, Modelle mit verschiedenen Ausgangspannungen und Gehäusen und Einheiten mit/ohne Hauptschalter. Zusätzlich werden Schutzschaltungen bei Überstrom, Überspannung und thermischer Überlast integriert, um die Zerstörung des IC aufgrund von Kurzschlüssen und IC-Überlastung und Stromstöße in der Leitung zu verhindern.
