4,3–5,5 V 0,55 A 1-Kanal-LDO - BD3507HFV

Der BD3507HFV eignet sich für die Energieversorgung von Bus-Chipsätzen. Der kompakte BD3507HFV bietet Leistungsgehäuse mit Wärmeabstrahlrippen und wird deshalb bei Reglern bis zu 550 mA eingesetzt. Dank Nch MOSFET und Ultra-Low-Dropout-Stromversorgung von RON=300 m? (TYP.) ist der BD3507HFV ein hocheffizientes System linearer Stromversorgung. Die Ausgangsspannung kann über eine VREF Klemme eingestellt und mit anderen Stromversorgungen synchronisiert werden. Außerdem kann es als High-Side-Schalter (RON = 300m? / lo = 550 mA) einer Versorgungsleitung mit geringer Spannung eingesetzt werden. Als Ausgangskondensatoren können keramische Kondensatoren verwendet werden. Deshalb trägt der BD3507HFV zur Verkleinerung und Reduzierung bei, nicht nur beim IC, sondern auch bei den Sets.
