1-Kanal 150 mA CMOS-LDO-Regler - BH25NB1WHFV

ROHM's LDO Regler für tragbare Geräte haben originale CMOS Prozesse für niedrigen Verbrauch und hohe Präzision. ROHM's Aufstellung an sehr verlässlichen CMOS LDO Reglern für Hochfrequenzkreisläufe zeichnen sich durch hohe Störspannungsunterdrückung (80dB typ. bei 1kHz) und Ausgangsstrom von 150mA aus. Sie wurden speziell entwickelt, um hervorragende Netzregulierung, Ladungsregulierung und Geräuschverhalten für hoch-zuverlässige analoge Anwendungen zu bieten und werden in besonders kompakten, platzsparenden HVSOF5 Gehäusen mit eingebautem Kühlkörper geliefert.
