IGBT-IPM

Die IGBT-IPMs von ROHM sind für eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen optimiert, von Kühlschränken und Klimaanlagen bis hin zu Lüftern und industriellen Motorantrieben, was die Entwicklung von Kundendesigns erleichtert und die Systemeffizienz verbessert. ROHM bietet zwei Varianten von IGBT-IPMs an, eine für niedrige Schaltfrequenzen und eine für hohe Schaltfrequenzen. Beide Modelle integrieren einen IGBT, FWD, eine Bootstrap-Diode und einen Gate-Treiber in einem Gehäuse.

IPM Loss Simulator

The Loss Simulator is a power loss estimation software dedicated to ROHM IGBT IPMs. The Loss Simulator provides an accurate estimation of the power loss, the junction and case temperatures power based on the customer application mission profiles, shortening the solution design and saving time and resources.
