BU7150NUV ist ein Audio-Verstärker für mit einzelligen Batterien betriebene Audiogeräte (VDD = 0,93 ~ 3,5 V, bei Ta=0~85°C). BU7150NUV kann im Single-Ended-Modus für Stereo-Kopfhörer und im BTL-Modus für den Betrieb von Mono-Lautsprechern gewählt werden. Für BU7150NUV bei VDD = 1,5 V, THD+N = 1 % beträgt die Ausgangsleistung 14 mW bei RL = 16O im Single-Ended-Modus und die Ausgangsleistung beträgt 85 mW bei RL = 8O im BTL-Modus.
