Regarding the measurement method, configure an inverting or non-inverting amp with a gain of 100x, sweep the frequency of the sinusoidal input signal, and read the input/output phase difference at the unity gain frequency = frequency when the gain becomes 0dB (refer to the measurement circuit in the datasheet). Measure using a network analyzer, FRA, or oscilloscope. In the case of a voltage follower the measurement method differs, with the peak value of the gain that occurs near the cutoff frequency of the gain-frequency characteristics converted into the phase margin. Refer to the technical materials for the relationship between peak gain and phase margin. Regarding the phase margin, generally 60° is ideal, but when considering variations and temperature changes to prevent oscillation, please ensure at least 35°.Related Link:Technical Document
