Der BD820F50EFJ-C ist ein Regler mit einer hohen Spannungsfestigkeit von 45 V. Und er integriert einen Reset (RESET), der seinen Ausgang überwacht, und einen Watchdog-Timer (WDT). Der Ruhestrom ist niedrig, während der Ausgangsstrom 200 mA beträgt. Das Rückstellsignal wird ausgegeben, wenn der Ausgang des Reglers unter 4,2 V (typ) fällt. Die Rückstellverzögerungszeit und die Watchdog-Monitorzeit können über einen externen Kondensator eingestellt werden.
