BD9016KV-M und BD9016KV-M sind Hochleistungsschaltregler mit Synchrongleichrichtung sowie großem Eingangsbereich und Zweikanalausgang. Dank hocheffizienter Synchrongleichrichtung sind sie ideale Regler für Eco-Designs (geringer Stromverbrauch) vieler elektronischer Anwendungen. Alle Kanäle haben Enable Pins, Soft-Start-Funktion und „Power good”-Ausgänge. An- und Abschaltung können unabhängig gesteuert werden. Eine integrierte PLL-Schaltung kann über ein externes Taktsignal von 250 kHz bis 600 kHz synchronisiert werden.
