BDJ0700AHFV - Unterlagen
Der BDJ0700AHFV ist ein Temperatursensor-IC für Thermostatausgänge mit eingebautem Temperaturerfassungselement, Konstantstromkreis und einer hochgenauen Referenzspannungsquelle in einem Chip. Die Temperaturerfassung kann mit einer Genauigkeit von ±2,5 °C realisiert werden, ohne dass ein kompliziertes Design erforderlich ist. Es eignet sich am besten für tragbare Geräte mit Mikro- und Schwachstrom, Abschaltfunktion und Batterieantrieb.
