Der BD5424EFS ist ein 20 W + 20 W-Leistungsverstärker-IC der Stereoklasse D, der für platzsparende Anwendungen mit geringer Wärmeentwicklung wie Kleinfernseher entwickelt wurde. Der IC nutzt die hochmoderne Bipolar, CMOS und DMOS(BCD)-Prozesstechnologie, die den Einschaltwiderstand in der Endstufe und interne Verluste an Leistungswiderständen bis zu einer ultimativen Stufe überflüssig macht. Mit dieser Technologie erzielt der IC einen hohen Wirkungsgrad von 91% (10 W + 10 W Ausgangsleistung bei einer Last von 8O), der damit zur Oberklasse der Branche gehört. Darüber hinaus nutzt der IC ein kompaktes Leistungsgehäuse mit Wärmeableitung über die Rückenfläche, um einen niedrigen Energieverbrauch und eine geringe Wärmeentwicklung zu erzielen, und macht bis zu einer Gesamtleistung von 40 W die Montage eines externen Strahlers überflüssig. Dieses Produkt erfüllt die Anforderungen an drastische Verkleinerung, kleine Strukturen und eine leistungsstarke, hochwertige Wiedergabe des Soundsystems.

9) Adjustment of internal PWM sampling clock frequencies (350kHz to 500kHz) allows easy protective measures against unwanted radio emission to AM radio band.
