Power Electronics Control MCUs (LogiCoA™ MCUs)

LogiCoA™ MCUs are equipped with ROHM's proprietary RMOS operating system, enabling analog-digital fusion control for power electronics applications. These MCUs integrate CPU and memory, incorporating a rich set of analog peripherals, including comparators, programmable gain amplifiers, 12-bit successive approximation ADCs, and 8-bit DACs. Additionally, they feature high-resolution PWM circuits operating at 64 MHz, making them ideal for precise analog circuit control. By leveraging these capabilities, LogiCoA™ MCUs contribute to cost reduction, lower power consumption, and enhanced functionality in circuit topologies, particularly for power supply applications.
As the LogiCoA™ solution, ROHM also provides reference design boards that integrate these MCUs with power devices, facilitating efficient system development.
