BU9794AKV ist ein universeller LCD-Treiber mit 1/4 Impulsdauer, der für Unterhaltungselektronik/batteriebetriebene Produkte verwendet werden und bis zu 200 LCD-Segmente ansteuern kann. Er besitzt ein integriertes Display-RAM zur Reduzierung der CPU-Last. Er ist auch auf niedrigen Stromverbrauch ausgelegt, und es sind keine externen Komponenten erforderlich.
