Der BD63242FV ist ein 1-Chip-Treiber, der aus einem Leistungs-DMOS-FET Motortreiber besteht. Die Besonderheit ist der sensorlose Antrieb, der keinen Hallsensor zur Positionserkennung benötigt. Darüber hinaus wird ein geräuscharmer Betrieb und geringe Vibrationen erreicht, indem der Ausgangsstrom als Sinuswellenform ausgeführt wird.
