BD16950EFV-C
2-Kanal-Halbbrücken-Gate-Treiber

Der BD16950EFV ist ein nach AEC-Q100 für die Automobilindustrie qualifizierter 2-Kanal-Halbbrücken-Gate-Treiber, der von einer externen MCU über eine 16-Bit-SPI-Schnittstelle (Serial Peripheral Interface) gesteuert wird. Die unabhängige Steuerung von Low-Side- und High-Side-N-MOSFETS ermöglicht mehrere MCU-gesteuerte Modi. Ein programmierbarer Treiberstrom steht zur Anpassung der Anstiegsgeschwindigkeiten zur Verfügung, um die Anforderungen an EMI und Verlustleistung zu erfüllen. Diagnosefunktionen können von einer externen MCU ausgelesen und zurückgesetzt werden.
