Der BD62130AEFJ ist ein integrierter 1-Kanal-H-Brückenmotor-Treiber für DC-Bürstenmotoren. Dieser Treiber kann einen hohen Wirkungsgrad durch direktes PWM erreichen. In diesem IC sind Schutzschaltungen eingebaut. Jeder Betrieb der Schutzschaltungen trägt dazu bei, eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit zu gewährleisten.
