Der BD69830FV ist ein bürstenloser 24 V DC FAN Motortreiber mit Einzelspule. Die Komponente enthält einen hocheffizienten DMOS H-Bridge-Treiber, geregelten Spannungsausgang für Hall-Element und die Drehzahl wird vom PWM-Eingangssignal geregelt.
