Das BU6909AGFT ist ein 5V Single-Phasen-Vollwellen FAN Motortreiber mit eingebautem Hall-Element. Es ist Teil der bürstenlosen DC-Lüftermotor-Treiber-Serie. BU6909AGFT ist in einem kompakten Paket gebaut und bietet Auto Gain Control-Funktion (AGC), leisen Antrieb durch ein weiches Schalten und niedrigen Stromverbrauch über seine Standby-Funktion.
