BD94130MUF-M ist ein Backlight-LED-Treiber mit eingebettetem 24-Kanal-Konstantstromtreiber inkl. 12-Bit-PWM-Dimmung und max. 8-Linien-Schaltreglern. Dieser Baustein kann den LED-Konstantstromwert durch Setzen eines externen ISET-Widerstands einstellen. Die Kommunikation mit μ-Controllern ist über SPI möglich.
