Der BD00C0AWFP-C ist ein Regler mit niedriger Sättigungsspannung. Dieser Regler ist mit integrierter Überstrom-Schutzschaltung ausgestattet. Sie verhindert die Zerstörung des IC durch einen Kurzschluss. Die thermische Abschaltung schützt den IC vor Wärmeschäden durch Überlast.
