LDO-Regler für sehr niedrigen Ruhestrom

Die BD7xxL5FP-C Serie sind Regler mit niedriger Sättigungsspannung. Die absolute maximale Spannung beträgt 50 V und die Genauigkeit der Ausgangsspannung ± 2 %, 500 mA Ausgangsstrom und 6µA (typ.) Stromverbrauch. Diese Regler eignen sich ideal für Anwendungen mit direktem Anschluss an die Batterie und niedrigem Stromverbrauch. Die Keramikkondensatoren können als Phasenkompensationskapazität des Ausgangs eingesetzt werden.
