BUxxSD2-M-Serie ist ein leistungsstarker CMOS-LDO-Regler mit einem Ausgangsstrom von 200 mA, der auf das vielseitige Paket SSOP5 (2,90 mm x 2,80 mm x 1,25 mm) montiert wird.
Er verfügt trotz des geringen Schaltstromverbrauchs von 33 µA über ein hervorragendes Geräuschverhalten und Ansprechverhalten auf Lasten. Er eignet sich am besten für verschiedene Anwendungen wie Netzteile für logische IC, HF und Kameramodule.
