BUxxSD2-M-Serie ist ein leistungsstarker CMOS-LDO-Regler mit einem Ausgangsstrom von 200 mA, der auf das vielseitige Paket SSOP5 (2,90 mm x 2,80 mm x 1,25 mm) montiert wird.
