Der BD39031MUF-C ist ein Power-Management-IC mit PrimaryBuck-Controller (BUCK1), Dual-Sekundär-Abwärtswandler (BUCK2/BUCK3) und Sekundär-Boost-Wandler (BOOST4). Dieses Bauteil enthält Reset-, Power-Good- und Watchdog-Timer-Funktionen und eignet sich für ADAS-Anwendungen wie Radar, Kamera und LiDAR. Darüber hinaus trägt dieses Bauteil durch die BIST-Funktion (Built-In Self Test) und die Mutual-Monitoring-Funktion zur Verbesserung des ASIL-Levels des Systems bei.
