BD9305AFVM / BD9306AFVM sind 1-Kanal DC-DC Umwandler Controller. Tiefsetzsteller DC-DC können von BD9305AFVM und Aufwärtsregler DC-DC können von BD9306AVFM konfiguriert werden. Zusätzlich ist die Master-Slave-Funktion, wodurch die Synchronisierung bei der Mehrverbindung möglich gemacht wird, angebracht.
