Der BD90620EFJ-C ist ein Abwärtswandler mit integriertem MOSFET und ist für hohe Eingangsspannungen optimiert sowie bietet eine Einstellungsfunktion für die Betriebsfrequenz mit externen Widerständen. Dieser Schaltregler hat eine weite Eingangsspannung von 3,5 V bis 36 V und Betriebstemperatur von -40°C bis +125°C. Außerdem erlaubt ein externer Synchronisierungs-Pin zeitgleichen Betrieb mit einem externen Taktgeber.
