Der BD90640EFJ-C ist ein herabsteigender Regulierungskontrollmechanismus mit integriertem LEISTUNGS MOSFET und besitzt die Fähigkeit hohe Eingangsspannungen auszuhalten, vorausgesetzt er hat eine freie Einstellungsfunktion für Betriebsfrequenzen mit externem Widerstand. Dieser schaltende Regulierungsregler hat eine weite Eingangsspannungsbandbreite (3,5 V bis 36 V) und Betriebstemperaturbandbreite (-40°C bis +125°C). Außerdem erlaubt ein externer Synchronisierungseingangs-Pin zeitgleichen Betrieb mit einer externer Uhr. A Product Change Notice (PCN) is scheduled for this product.
