Der hocheffektive Abwärtsschaltregler BD9139MUV ist ein Schaltnetzteil zur Herstellung einer niedrigen Spannung von 0,8 V aus einer Spannungsversorgungsleitung von 5/3,3 V. Höchst effizient dank unserer Impuls-Sprung-Steuerungs-Technologie und unseres synchronen Gleichrichters. Setzt ein Steuersystem mit Strommodus ein, um ein schnelles Einschwingverhalten bei plötzlichen Lastveränderungen zu garantieren.
