Das BD93291EFJ ist ein dualer taktgesteuerter Abwärtswandler. Er integriert eine breite Bandbreite der Eingabespannung (8,0 V bis 26 V) taktgesteuertem Abwärtswandler und niedrige Eingabespannung (Vout1: 5,0 V) taktgesteuerte Aufwärtswandler. Die neue Rohm Technologie namens H3RegTM ist eine Steuermethode, die ein schnelles Einschwingen bei Laständerungen ermöglicht. SLLM (Simple Light Load Mode) Technologie ist auch integriert, um die Wirksamkeit zu verbessern, wenn leichtere Ladungen angeschlossen werden. Für den Schutz und für einfache Verwendung integriert IC auch Sanftanlauf. Raumsparende und hoch wirksame Regulatoren können per Schalter mittels eingebautem N-MOSFET Leistungstransistor im HTSOP-J8-Paket erreicht werden.
