Der BD9F500QUZ ist ein synchroner DC/DC-Abwärtswandler mit integrierten Leistungs-MOSFETs mit niedrigem Durchlasswiderstand. Es kann Strom bis zu 5A liefern. Es zeichnet sich durch ein schnelles Einschwingverhalten aus, da das Kontrollsystem ständig eingeschaltet ist. Die Steuerung des Light Load-Modus verbessert die Effizienz unter Bedingungen mit geringer Last. Es ist ideal zur Reduzierung des Standby-Stromverbrauchs von Geräten. Die Power Good-Funktion ermöglicht es dem System, die Sequenz zu steuern.
