BD9V100MUF-C ist ein Synchron-Abwärtswandler im Strommodus, der Power MOSFETs mit hoher Nennspannung integriert. Der Weitbereichseingang von 16V bis 60V und eine sehr kurze Mindestpulsbreite von bis zu 20ns ermöglichen die direkte Umwandlung von 48V Batterie auf 3,3V bei 2,1MHz Betrieb durch Nano Pulse Control™.

It features a wide range input voltage range of 16V to 60V and utilizes a very short minimum pulse width (down to 20ns) which enables direct conversion from 60V power supply to 3.3V at 2.1MHz operation.
