Der BM6101FV-C ist der Nachfolger vom BM6103FV-C. Dieses IC ist ein Gate-Treiber mit einer Isolationsspannung von 2500 Vrms, einer I/O-Verzögerungszeit von 350 ns und minimaler Eingangspulsbreite von 180 ns. Das Bauteil verfügt über eine Fehlersignal-Ausgangsfunktion, Abschaltfunktion bei Unterspannung (UVLO), thermische Schutzfunktion und Kurzschluss-Schutzfunktion (SCP, DESAT).
