Der BA00CC0WT-V5 ist ein Regler mit niedriger Sättigung für Ausgangsströme bis zu 1A. Die Ausgangsspannung kann über den externen Widerstand beliebig gewählt werden. Dieser LDO-Regler wird in einer breiten Palette von Gehäusen angeboten. Er verfügt über eine eingebaute Überstromschutzschaltung, die die Zerstörung des IC durch Kurzschlüsse am Ausgang verhindert, und eine thermische Abschaltschaltung, die den IC vor thermischen Schäden durch Überlast schützt.
