Die BU ** TA2WNVX / HFV-Serie integriert einen 200 mA Ausgangs Hochleistungs-FULL-CMOS-Regler in einem ultrakompakten SSON004X1216 Paket (1,2 mm × 1,6 mm × 0,6 mm) & HVSOF5 (1,6 mm × 1,6 mm × 0,6 mm). Zusätzliche Funktionen beinhalten einen Stromkreislauf von nur 40µA für niedrigen Stromverbrauch bei Eigenschaften eines höheren Geräuschpegels und Ladeantwort, welches ihn für die Verwendung in Stromeinrichtungen für eine breite Bandbreite von Anwendungen, logische ICs, RF Kreisläufe und Kameramodule inbegriffen, ideal macht.
