Der BD9S201NUX-C ist ein synchroner DC/DC-Abwärtswandler mit integrierten Leistungs-MOSFETs mit niedrigem Durchlasswiderstand. Er ist in der Lage, Ströme bis zu 2A zu liefern. Durch die hohe Schaltfrequenz von 2,2MHz kann eine kleine Induktivität eingesetzt werden. Es handelt sich um einen DC/DC-Wandler mit Stromregelung und Hochgeschwindigkeits-Transientenreaktion. Er verfügt über eine eingebaute Phasenkompensationsschaltung. Anwendungen können mit wenigen externen Komponenten erstellt werden.

The BD9S201NUX-C accepts a power supply input range of 2.7V to 5.5V and generates a maximum output current of 2A. BD9S201NUX-C generates an output voltage range of 0.8V to VIN using external resistors. BD9S201NUX-C is a current mode control DC/DC Converter and features high-speed transient response.
