ROHM FAQ

FAQ's
  • Are there any problems if a pull up resistor is connected to the RESET_N pin, and a capacitance is connected between VSS?
    • There are no problems for the product with TEST1_N pin if a pull up resistor and capacitance are connected to the RESET_N pin. However, the product without the TEST1_N pin uses the RESET_N pin as the communication pin to the on-chip debug emulator (uEASE) and flash writer; therefore, communication may not be possible if a pull up in 1 kΩ or less resistance value and a capacitance with several 10 nF are connected.
