ROHMs Serien BD48Exxx-M und BD49Exxx-M sind hochpräzise Spannungsdetektor-ICs mit niedrigem Stromverbrauch. Die Serie umfasst BD48xxx-Geräte mit N-Kanal und Open-Drain-Ausgang und BD49xxx-Geräte mit CMOS-Ausgang. Die Geräte sind für bestimmte Erkennungsspannungen von 2,3 V bis 6,0 V mit Schritten von 0,1 V erhältlich.
