What is the state?
- If only the CPU is reset, the registers in the CPU such as the program counter and general-purpose registers will be reset.
  The program jumps to the address stored at address 0002 and starts the startup program.
  At this time, various registers are not reset.
  The various registers mentioned here are the SFRs of peripheral circuits (timers, communication I / F systems, LCD drivers, general-purpose ports, etc.).
  Also, the system circuits such as the power supply circuit, built-in oscillation circuit, start control unit, and code option control unit are not reset.
